Administer
GeneSys Online allows you to administer tests in a number of different ways that are designed to meet all your assessment requirements. |

Individual Administration - Allows for individual administration of a wide range of Psytech tests. The system presents the instructions, provides all the necessary examples and prompts, and times the test. All you need to do is introduce and monitor the testing session.

Group Administration - Allows a test or test battery to be administered to a group of respondents at the same time via network or standalone PCs. The system presents the instructions, provides all the necessary examples and prompts, and times the test. All you need to do is introduce and monitor the testing session. For networked computers, the results can be stored on the network server for immediate import and scoring by the GeneSys system.

Answer Sheet Entry - Allows you to transfer responses from a paper answer sheet to the GeneSys virtual answer sheet for local storage and scoring.

Raw Score Entry - Allows you to transfer into GeneSys the results from a scored paper based test for local storage and reporting.

Scanner Entry - Allows you to transfer results from pencil and paper based group testing sessions into GeneSys using a high speed Optical Mark reader.

Report
GeneSys Online has a highly sophisticated reporting facility that generates expert narrative and profile reports. A variety of reporting options are available at the click of a button: |

Individual Reports - Allows you to generate the full range of reports for a single respondent. Examples of these reports are available for download on this site.

Integrated Reports - Allows you to generate reports that integrate the results of a number of tests and assessments.

Profile Reports - Allows you to produce a report that matches the assessment profile of one or more applicants to the ideal profile. It produces a matching coefficient which measures how closely the candidate’s profile approximates the ideal. When there is more than one candidate, they can be ranked according to their relative proximity to the ideal profile. For placement purposes, one individual’s pattern of results may be compared to multiple ideal job profiles.

Group Reports - Allows the results of a group of respondents to be combined into a single report. This has a variety of uses including: a list of candidates rank ordered by performance; team or department summary; key points to explore at interview etc.
