Dr Paul EnglertHaving worked as a Psytech distributor for close to 14 years Paul has a long history with Psytech International, and is now involved in International Business Development Paul has always been passionate about psychology in one guise or another. He started his professional career working with 'kids at risk' running youth programmes in Wellington in New Zealand. A trained counsellor Paul also worked to provide assistance to troubled youth as well as being an advocate at family group conferences. After completing an undergraduate degree in criminology Paul decided to broaden his Psychology credentials. Paul was awarded a Graduate Scholarship from Victoria University and after completing a 1st Class Honours was awarded a full Doctoral scholarship. Paul went on to complete his PhD. combining his previous work with youth with his new found passion I/O psychology. Paul's Doctorate was the basis for the development of a career guidance programme now sold globally. Not stopping there Paul also completed a post-graduate degree in applied statistics which included evaluation papers from Claremont University in Los Angles. Paul is also a well published academic writer with over 10 articles currently in publication. His speciality is psychometrics; having published in areas as diverse as cognitive ability, personality and cultural differences in psychometric tests. Paul has also been involved in the development of a range of psychometric tools. Paul has trained people in the area of psychometrics from New Zealand/Australia to the UK, Brazil to Indonesia. |
